Cancellations

We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent on the same day.

You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

 

Returns

If you're not satisfied with an item you've received, please let us know by emailing us within 7 calendar days of receipt, and within 30 days from the order date. Returns can only be made once authorised by Customer Services.

If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return for an exchange or store credit but please note that the items must be unopened, undamaged, unused in its original packaging, and you will have to bear postage costs.

We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:

• A copy of your delivery note or your order number
• Return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)
• Reason for return
• A picture of the items

All returns and exchanges will be at our discretion. 

Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via SF Express so the parcel can be traced.

 

 

更改或取消您的訂單

本公司通常會在24小時內發送您的訂單(星期日和公眾假期或特別情況阻礙下除外)大多數訂單都會同一天發送。

在下訂單後如需任何更改或取消請在一小時內,通過網址 ”聯繫我們” 在頁面上更改訂單。 當收到閣下訊息都會嘗試更改。如貨品已發出,這情況下不能更改或取消您的訂單。



退換產品

收到的商品後如有不滿意,請在收到商品的7日內和下訂單之日起30天內給本公司發送電子郵件通知 。退貨須由客戶服務授權後才能進行。

如果您訂購了錯誤的產品,將可以換貨或產品代用券。請注意,所退物品必須未經使用和拆封。並且郵寄費必須由退貨者自付。

如因本公司郵寄的錯誤或缺少寄出,本公司會樂意退還郵費。

為了盡快處理您的退貨,所有退貨必須包括:

* 送貨單或訂單號的副本
* 退貨授權(可從客戶服務獲得)
*  回貨的理由
* 產品圖片

請確保物品包裝牢固,以防止在運輸過程中造成任何損壞。 我們建議通過順豐速遞SF Express發送,以便跟踪包裹。



此中文版本為英文版本譯本,如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處,應以英文版本為準。

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
